Out-of-Hours Contacts

We know that emergencies don’t always happen during normal opening hours. If your pet requires urgent  veterinary attention when our practice is closed, please contact one of our out-of-hours providers below.

Please note: Emergency care can be expensive. Many pet insurance plans include free out-of-hours veterinary advice via phone or email. Check with your insurer to discuss your pet’s symptoms and the need for urgent veterinary care to avoid any unnecessary out-of-pocket expenses.

Your call will be answered by a Registered Veterinary Nurse (RVN) at our colleagues, Veteris.   

The veterinary nurse will help work through your concern. Whenever possible she or he will give you home advice. When veterinary attention is needed the RVN will arrange for a vet to visit your pet in your own home or an appointment at their clinic.
